Use of these marketing pages

The CrimeDensity website (crimedensity.com) and the marketing pages (including /landing.html and /book-demo.html) are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Submitting an access request does not create a contract.

CrimeScore methodology

CrimeScores are derived from public incident data aggregated by SpotCrime, using a published density-weighted formula. CrimeScores describe observed incident density; they do not predict future crime and should not be used as the sole basis for personnel, lending, insurance, real-estate, or law-enforcement decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not use CrimeScores to discriminate against individuals or protected classes.
• Do not use CrimeDensity output for redlining or to deny essential services.
• Do not scrape, resell, or sublicense CrimeDensity data or methodology without written agreement.
